Buena opción para una corta parada entre conexiones, tienen un shuttle gratuito cuando reservas con ellos directamente y con un costo de 5 euros cuando es por otros canales desde el hotel, gratis desde el aeropuerto. Revisa los horarios en su pagina, puesto que tiene horarios específicos. El staff es amable y colaborador.

Todo en general EXCELENTE..!!! Todo el personal atentos y muy amables y ni hablar de Lo impecable de la lenceria del hotel ..NOS SENTIMOS ESPECTACULARMENTE ATENDIDOS.. Gracias..!!!!

Nice position close to Royal Palace. Very friendly and helpful staff. Found my wife’s scarf left behind. Good breakfast buffet.

This hotel looks very new, great location near Atocha train station. Not far from El Retiro nor Madrid’s old district and the Prado Museum. Room was small, but for 2 people, it was adequate. WIFI worked very well. The hotel was built with great attention to detail, nice looking floors, different wall finishes, nice bathroom w a walk in shower, a towel electric drying rack, AC was perfect! Breakfast had many food options, reasonable price (€11). The only I’d recommend the hotel is to add some English speaking channels, like CNN, BBC International , as my wife is not from Spain

Nice hotel close to the airport. 15 mins walk to El retiro. Nice Reims although sink was kind of clogged or at least water run slowly. Walkable area with a market across and around it. A few places to grab a sandwich or coffee very close. Nice staff.
