TD Trulli della Rosatella Typical Trulli w/ Pool

Immersed in the quiet of the Apulian countryside, among centuries-old olive trees and majestic carob trees, I Trulli della Rosatella are a complex of finely restored trulli, where the charm of traditional architecture meets the comfort of a welcoming home. Just 2 km from the Tower of Castiglione, the property offers an intimate and suggestive environment for a holiday surrounded by nature, relaxation and discovery of the territory.
The garden, landscaped with lawn, houses a 5 × 10 meter private pool, around which to spend summer days: a refreshing bath, a few hours in the sun on the solarium's deckchairs or a break in the shaded relaxation area, furnished with sofas and soft cushions.
The interiors preserve the authentic character of the trulli and can accommodate up to six guests. The sleeping area includes a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and an alcove in the living area with a double bed, separated by curtains. The house is completed by an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
Outside, the large pergola with table, chairs, kitchen and barbecue invites you to experience the house outdoors, from unhurried breakfasts to dinners with friends. A second bathroom with shower, located outside, offers additional comfort during days at the pool.
The position allows you to alternate between relaxing in the countryside and excursions in the surrounding area: Castellana Grotte is 3 km away, Conversano is 5 km away and the sea of Monopoli is 15 km away.
The Rosatella Trulli are a haven to be enjoyed calmly, between a dip in the pool, the pleasure of conviviality and the beauty of the Apulian landscape.
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.

The late check-in fee is optional. If you choose not to use it, we will send you instructions to access the property and we will arrange an appointment to meet you the following day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 20:00 and midnight is Eur 100.00.

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).

To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
