Dependance La Casetta is an exclusive and refined residence, located in the heart of the beautiful city of Castellammare di Stabia, nestled in the garden of a Liberty-style villa dating from the early 1900s. It offers complete privacy while remaining just steps from the city centre.
Originally built to accommodate the villa’s guests, the Dependance has been fully restored and now features a two-story holiday home.
The Dependance is located in the heart of Castellammare di Stabia, just a short walk from the waterfront and the beach, and only a 10-minute walk from the port, where you can catch a ferry to the island of Capri. The train station is just 300 metres from the property, with easy connections to Pompeii (10 min), Sorrento (30 min), Herculaneum (30 min), and Naples (40 min).
The area is full of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, and all kinds of shops.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with a double sofa bed, TV, refrigerator, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary amenities. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a private bathroom and a beautiful balcony overlooking the lush garden, fragrant with lemon and orange trees.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and linens (sheets and towels) and a courtesy set are provided.
