The accommodation is composed of a living room with fully equipped built-in kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds with nets and orthopedic mattresses, a double bedroom.

Scopello Is awesome

I'm of Sicilian descent and have spent many holidays in Sicily. This year we had a great time going to all the small bays, snorkeling, eating specialties like Arancini, Pane Cunzatu, Sfincione and Panelle, and relaxing in our small but very beautiful holiday flat close to the small village of Scopello. We would like to come back next summer.

Traumhafte Ferien in Scopello

Eingebettet in die wunderschöne Landschaft oberhalb von Scopello bietet die Villa Anna alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Stille, der Blick auf das Meer und die Berge sind gleichermaßen bezaubernd. Die geräumige Wohnung, die großzügige Terrasse und natürlich der Pool machen den Aufenthalt dort äußerst angenehm. Die Ausstattung ist solide und ermöglicht einen ausreichenden Komfort. Vincenzo ist ein stets hilfsbereiter und freudiger Gastgeber.

Es gab anfangs ein kleines Problem, da die Heizung nicht funktioniert und es noch bitter kalt war. Nach Informationen des Vermieters bekamen wir sofort ein „Upgrade“ in die größere Wohnung, in der dann alles funktioniert. Als der Strom ausfällt bekamen wir ebenfalls sofortige Auskunft, hier war das Problem die Stromgesellschaft die an der Versorgung arbeitete, das war natürlich unangenehm, aber dafür konnte der Vermieter nichts … Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, wir haben bereits den nächsten Aufenthalt gebucht!

Nous avons adoré passer notre séjour à la Cantina Vito. Vincenzo est disponible et c'est un homme très sympathique qui sait accueillir. Il n'hésite pas à répondre aux demandes. L'endroit est splendide au coeur de la nature et proche du petit village de Scopello. On y reviendra c'est sûr.

Schöne Lage mit wundervollem Blick für entspannte Tage am Rand des Nationalparks oberhalb des Dorfes! Die Ausstattung ist gut und praktisch (Mückenspray bitte nicht vergessen). Vincenzo ist ein angenehmer Gastgeber mit vielen Tipps.

Un oasi meravigliosa nella natura

Villa Anna è un piccolo gioiello immerso in una meravigliosa riserva naturale dove la mattina puoi ammirare un alba incredibile che tinge tutto il cielo o poltrire a letto nella quiete assoluta. Il patio offre l'opportunità di cene romantiche e comode con una vista che non manca mai trascinare. La piscina comodissima con i suoi giochi di luce serali offre mille possibilità di relax! Gli interni sono comodi e spaziosi con una cucina super attrezzata, ambienti caldi e confortevoli e quel tocco in più con le mattonelle in ceramica nel pavimento e come arredo sul muro. Una vacanza fuori dal mondo dove nonostante i mille luoghi da visitare lasciare casa dispiaceva. A tutto questo però va aggiunto che a farci sentire veramente a casa, coccolati e speciali ci ha pensato Vincenzo con le sue mille attenzioni, la sua disponibilità e cortesia ma soprattutto la sua allegria coinvolgente. Grazie a lui a sua madre, cuoca d'eccezione, e a sua moglie per tutto l'aiuto che hanno reso bellissima la nostra permanenza. Torneremo sicuramente. Ila e Gio

Nur zu empfehlen. Wir hatten für eine Woche Villa Anna inkl Pool Gebucht. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Überreichte uns bei Ankunft gleich zu essen und etwas zu trinken und leitete uns zum Ferienhaus mit traumhaften Ausblick über Scopellos Strände und Buchten. Er erklärte und zeigte uns das ganze Haus. Zudem bekamen wir von Vincenco gleich Tipps was wir in der Umgegebung besichtigen können, inklusive Tipps für die schönsten Strände und kostenlose Parkplätze. DAs Haus war sehr geräumig und verfügte sogar über 6 Betten obwohl wir nur zu zweit waren. Es war alles vorhanden: Geschirr, Bialettii, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Fernsehen, Bettwäsche,Handttücher, Grill, Liegen, Schnorchelzeugs und sogar eine eigene Wasserzuleitung mit Bergwasser was trinkbar war. Vincenco war jederzeit erreichbar, sowohl telefonisch als auch in der Bäckerei seiner Mutter. Jedes mal wenn man in die Bäckerei kam gab er uns das wunderbare Panne Canzuto. Auch zum Säubern des Pools kam er oder eine Poolfirma regelmäßig vorbei. Während der gesamten Zeit war es sehr ruhig bei der Unterkunft. Ein Auto ist von Nöten da es auf dem Berg liegt. Jeden Abend wird im Dorf Scopello Unterhaltung geboten inkl Bars und Restaurants. Vor allem die Eisauswahl ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Erholung pur

Wir verbrachten in der Villa Anna zu dritt eine erholsame Urlaubswoche. Vincenzo, zu dem wir seit Anfang der Buchung einen vertrauten Kontakt hatten, erwartete uns schon bei unserer Anreise. Es ist alles gut ausgestattet. Wir konnten auch Grill und Waschmaschine nutzen. Besonders toll der eigene Pool. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut. Bis zum Bäcker ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeit (ziemlich teuer) 15 Minuten mit Auto..Es ist ca. 20 Minuten bis zum Ortskern zu laufen, wo am Abend immer sehr viel los war. Die Straße zum Ferienhaus ist relativ schlecht, bei einer Automietung in Italien sollte man darauf achten. Daran denken, dass man nicht durch den Ort fahren darf. Es gibt eine separate Straße . Am Abend kam öfter ein Hund zu Besuch, der jedoch nicht aufdringlich war. Empfehlenswert ist die Wanderung durch den Zingaro-Nationalpark (ausreichend Trinkwasser und Badesachen nicht vergessen). Wir buchten auch in Castellamare ein Boot und fuhren am Nationalpark entlang. Dort gibt es tolle Badebuchten und man kann herrlich schnorcheln. Immer an Badeschuhe sollte man denken. Wir können die Villa Anna sehr gut weiterempfehlen und danken Vincenzo und seiner Familie für die Gastfreundschaft.

A Nice Place to Stay

We stayed in Cantina Vito (lower part of Villa Anna) for one week. The apartment is perfect for 2 - 4 people, with two small bedrooms, a nice kitchen/dining area and a nice terrace. The house is fairly new, located 400 meters outside Scopello, which is a beautiful, charming place we always enjoy to come back to. Booking, check in and payment was absolutely uncomplicated. With the owners, we encountered the Sicilian hospitality and cordiality which we love so much about this island. We‘d stay here again at any time. Thank you.

Tolles Ferienhaus, super Lage

Wir waren zu viert für eine Woche in der Villa Anna zu Gast, es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub und ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in der Villa Anna. Wer Ruhe in einer beeindruckenden Lage (Terasse, übrigens sehr groß, mit Blick weit aufs Meer und im "Rücken" die Berge) sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Es gab ein, zwei kleine witterungsbedingte Defekte, diese wurden aber vom sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichen Vermieter behoben. Man sollte bedenken dass das Haus dieses Jahr neu gebaut wurde und man auf Sizilien ist, bedeutet quasi wer Wiesen oder Vorgarten oder ähnliches sucht, sucht vergebens. Scopello ist ein idyllischer Ort der "noch" absolut seinen Charme hat, viele Kneipen, einige sehr schöne Strände im Umkreis von 10km (allerdings kein Sand) und glasklares Wasser. Der "Ortskern" ist zu Fuss in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Villa Anna; a lovely holidayhouse

We stayed in Villa Anna for 6 nights and we really enjoyed it. The house was new and it looked even better than the pictures suggested! It is situated on the mountain, close to the village Scopello, with a big terras/ veranda with seaview. There a lots of nice things to visit in the area. Nice little beaches or cultural sites.The owner is very very friendly and hospitable. We could even pick his tomatos from the field next to the house. It's a perfect place to stay for a nice and relaxed holiday.
