The villa is built in 2 floors. It is accessed from a fully equipped kitchen-living room with modern appliances and a dining area. The living area is bright and cozy, with direct access to a veranda. The veranda is equipped with a table and chairs for enjoying outdoor lunches and dinners and a sitting area with comfortable sofas for relaxing outdoors.

The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are: one double bedroom overlooking a panoramic terrace and a single bedroom. At guests' disposal, an additional bathroom with a shower.
