  • This modern villa welcomes you to the heart of Sarmuci, one of the most charming areas of Sicily with views of Scopello. Designed with your privacy and comfort in mind, the villa offers breathtaking views of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the surrounding mountains.



    The villa covers 160 square meters with a full kitchen, two bedrooms, and two spacious bathrooms. The master suite on the upper floor occupies approximately 60 square meters, with a large bathroom and direct access to the panoramic terrace. The interior spaces are furnished with modern furniture and new appliances.



    The terrace and pool area feature sun loungers and deck chairs where you can relax and admire the landscape. The garden offers a private space perfect for enjoying moments of tranquility surrounded by Sicilian nature.



    Despite the feeling of total privacy, quaint shops, excellent restaurants, and some of Sicily's most beautiful beaches are within easy reach. The market in Scopello is 4 minutes away, the Zingaro Nature Reserve is 10 minutes away, and the ruins of the temple of Segesta are 25 minutes away. Castellammare del Golfo, with its restaurants and bars, is only 15 minutes away.
