On the main floor, there is a spacious split-level living and dining roomwith large windows that fill the space with natural light and provide direct views of the garden and the pool.

The lounge has two comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV(with Spanish and French channels), and a large dining tableperfect for family meals.

The fully equipped kitchenincludes five hobs, oven, microwave, two dishwashers, fridge, freezer, two coffee machines, toaster, and juicer, as well as direct access to the covered terrace, ideal for outdoor dining.

Main Floor
All bedrooms on this floor have direct access to the outdoors:

Bedroom 1 (Master Suite):Double bed (180x200 cm), sea views, garden access, dressing room, and ensuite bathroom with double sink, hydromassage bath, and shower.

Bedroom 2:Double bed (160x200 cm) with terrace access.

Bedroom 3:Double bed (180x200 cm) with garden access.

In addition to the master suite, there is another bathroom with a shower and separate sink.

Lower Floor
On this floor, the bedrooms do not have direct access to the outdoors, but all are equipped with an air filtration system:

Pink Bedroom 4:Double bed (150x190 cm), large wardrobe and dresser. (Small tilt window)

White Bedroom 5:Double bed (160x200 cm) and large wardrobe. (Small tilt window)

Blue Bedroom 6:Two single beds (80x190 cm), wardrobe and dresser. (No window)

Bedroom 7:Children’s room with a small bed for a child and a baby cot.

This floor also has two bathrooms with shower, sink, and bidet, as well as a laundry areawith washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

It features a private enclosed garden, two porcheswith chill-out areas, and a large 8x4 m swimming poolsurrounded by 10 sun loungers to enjoy the sun and views.

Gardeners have accessto the garden and parking for regular maintenance.

No groups of guests under 30 years oldare accepted.

The cleaning fee includes final cleaning, bed linen, and 2 towels per person.
