Apartment located on the second line of the beach, 2 minutes from the promenade and the beach. Located in a quiet residential area, in the Mar Bella building, close to all the main shops and services in the area. It has an air-conditioned living room with a kitchenette, all in one room, with access to a terrace with chill out. From this same terrace we can access the upper terrace. It has 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom. Parking space included.
TOURIST TAX NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. €1 per person and day up to 7 days from 16 years old.
SHEETS AND TOWELS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: €60 per stay.
