I liked how the property is centrally located, and especially the good security entering the building. The front desk staff was very helpful and really tried to please. The property is looking a little tired inside. It could use a bit of renovation and styling. It does not have a seating area when you are checking in, and I think it could benefit from this to make the entrance look more cozy.

Great location, beautiful town
We drove from Palermo to Cefalu. Discovered quite quickly that you cannot drive close to hotel as streets narrow & pedestrian only. We had to park our car at the public beach parking lot & walked several blocks to the hotel. Hotel was in a fantastic location. Could easily walk to the beach. Wifi wasn't working when we were there so had to pay our bill with euros upon checking out. In room safe not secured to anything either. We only stayed one night & it was perfect for our needs.

We had a very pleasant 2 night stay here. The location cannot be beaten but the hotel manages to remain calm and quiet. The free parking worked exactly as described and there was barely any wait for the shuttle to the hotel. The breakfast was very good and all the staff we encountered were helpful and engaged.

Great hotel in best location
La Plumeria was a lovely hotel in an excellent location in the old town of Cefalu. It had spacious rooms and a balcony looking over the narrow street below. Cosy garden courtyard for breakfast and friendly helpful staff.

Great hotel
Beautiful boutique hotel in the middle of old town Cefalu. Convenient to restaurants, historical landmarks, beach, and shopping. Fun to walk around the area and to sit by the sea and people watch. The hotel provides parking several blocks from the hotel so they must be contacted if transportation to the hotel is requested. Breakfast is the only meal provided. The room was small but clean with a small balcony facing the street. We were two friends traveling together and would have preferred twin beds but had to share a queen. But overall the hotel and stay was wonderful.

I loved the location in the old town. Once you arrive at the hotel there is no need for a car. It would be a good idea to share the remote parking lot gate code before arrival in case of phone trouble, which we had.

The hotel is a very nice boutique hotel right at the end of Corso Ruggero, the main tourtist shopping street and right in the middle of the city. Very convenient to the train station. It is walkable, but if you have physical limitations or a lot of luggage, you can take a taxi. The hotel has a really nice breakfast room, with possibilities of eating outside, and a good international breakfast buffet. The staff was professional and personable. In fact, I had to leave early before breakfast hours, but was still offered coffee, yogurt and biscotti. My room was nice and comfortable, albeit a little cool in March, as there didn't seem to be any heat. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful little hotel in heart of historic Cefalu. We were there only one night, but it was very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful - including arranging local transportation and dinner reservations.

This small boutique hotel is in a great location with free parking about 900m away. I found the breakfast rather average and repetitive with tinned fruit (disappointingly) as there is so much when produce locally. There is a sense that you are overpaying for the sake of antique furniture and a bar which us never open. Would not return.

Great location
La Plumeria could not be better located (but do ask for the transfer if you park the car!) for access to the cathedral, old town, beach, restaurants. Our room was very quiet (except for a mother seagull scolding her chicks that were misbehaving), as was the patio where we had breakfast. The only drawback was our room--up in the attic, so we had to carry our bag up, very low ceiling, bathroom on a different level (within room). So be sure you know!

Location in center of Cefalu, on the main commercial street. Room was pretty small, and parking is remote. Very helpful omelet making breakfast steward!

Great time at a nice place in old town Cefalù.
My wife and I tacked on a one night stay in Cefalù to wrap up our ten days in Sicily. The Hotel Plumeria was a wonderful, upscale small family-run hotel located in the beating heart of the old town and 50 meters from the Norman cathedral. We used their free parking and taxi service which made getting our gear and selves into the traffic restricted old town easy and convenient. Definitely recommend!

Excellent location. Includes pre-arranged private parking; they send taxi To bring you directly to the hotel, included in the price. Also includes decent breakfast. We chose the small room with one double bed.

Excellent location. Very nice hotel, and breakfast is great. WiFi worked well in the room :). Our room was a bit warm as the A/C needed service, but I'm sure it would have been fixed if we were staying longer. We were only in town 2 nights. Would definitely return to La Plumeria

Gem of a hotel in the heart of the old town. The staff gave us advanced information regarding where to park our rental car. If you’ve driven around Sicily you know how important it is to get help with parking. The lot was secure and a taxi came a few minutes after our arrival to take us the short distance to the hotel. This hotel is very modern with new fixtures and air conditioning. The room is a good size with new double pane glass windows and balcony doors that keep the room quite. The location affords easy walking access to all of Cefalù’s main attractions. The breakfast was as expected and served in a comfortable dining room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great place to stay when visiting Cefalù.

We had a terrific time at La Plumeria. The staff was very attentive and nice: we got a good overview of the city when we checked in and were offered a nice glass of wine later that afternoon as we chatted with another staff member. We had booked the room on the top floor which is a duplex with a terrace. It is absolutely fantastic. Despite the heat, we enjoyed the terrace in the evening and the views are breath-taking. Cefalu is full of tourists in the summer but it is a beautiful place.
