"My husband & I stayed in Assisi July 2026 for 1 night. The property is lovely - the architecture and history make it special & the staff was very accommodating especially about our room preferences. Although we did not use the hot springs that are in the lower level of the hotel, we did walk through there & it is very Roman like. The bed and linens were comfortable and our room was quiet. My only suggestion would be to expand the breakfast buffet to include more hot dishes, etc. Overall, a wonderful location in the heart of the historic area of Assisi & very walkable to the sites & restaurants."
"Friendly helpful staff lovely room and balcony area. Assisi is walkable only in cooler weather. There is a bus but I would recommend a car is necessary. Good pool. Food and bar prices I thought were very reasonable."
Big estate with private indoor & outdoor pool, gym, billiard in Umbria
10/10 Excellent
"Stefano was an exceptional host—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The villa exceeded all of our expectations. Every bedroom had its own private bathroom, which made it perfect for our group, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, from making our morning coffee to preparing dinners together. The dining spaces were wonderful, with both a spacious indoor dining area and a beautiful veranda where everyone could gather and enjoy meals. Having two pools was an amazing bonus! We spent most of our time at the outdoor pool, which had plenty of comfortable lounge chairs, whether you wanted to soak up the sun or relax in the shade.Everything about our stay was thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. We had a truly wonderful experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.Thank you Stefano!"
"This was a lovely hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The woman at the desk showed us a map and pointed out how to get to all of the sites we wanted to see, including where to get the bus back to the train station. The breakfast the next morning was also lovely, with freshly made tea/coffee and a large assortment of options including eggs and bacon. Easy walk to St. Francis basilica. They also let us leave our bags there after checkout so that we didn't have to lug them around with us for the rest of our visit."
