The room as clean. And the little kitchen in the hall for use by the lodgers was nice, great to have coffee. The general property needed a lot of work and the advertised courtyard was not useable. There are two good restaurants next door and the location isn’t bad. I wouldn’t stay there again.

This place was fantastic! We were visiting with our two young adult sons for a couple of days to adventure in Rome. The four of us stayed on their larger suite which is kinda hard to find in Rome, most hotels are max 2 people per room. The decor was fantastic, the staff was very flexible and helped us to arrive at 2 am. It has an elevator which was really nice, no carrying heavy bags up flights of stairs. The location is central to everything so if you want to just wander around Rome this place is it. The night manager Reno took great care of us with perfect English. They seemed to visit our room many many times a day, whenever we went out to refresh towels and make the room perfect for us. They are going above and beyond. The breakfast is fantastic, had local Roman meats as well as eggs, baked goods fresh every day, and any fancy coffee you could ask for made to order just for you. I would absolutely stay here every time I visit Rome.

This property is a sleeper. It was amazing! quaint, and in the heart of everything. The staff was friendly and attentive. I was traveling alone and they made it extra special for me. I would put this boutique property next to any of the exclusive big-name hotels in Rome. It was lovely.

It was very far from the city center. It took over an hour to get anywhere. However, it was a very nice hotel and the staff was excellent.

A very nice stay. Neighborhood is a bit busy but room closes off well. Great AC - refreshing! Staff is very helpful. One front-desk person was a bit snooty but other than that everyone was terrific. Suggestion: -> Elevator needs to be enlarged somehow.
