A historic villa dating back to 1914 that has been completely renovated, the estate accommodates up to 10 guests in 800 m² spread across two hectares of private garden. The 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, plus a nursery with a crib, make it ideal for groups, families, and retreats.



The villa’s interior features spacious common areas where the group can gather, move around, and spend time together in comfort. A fitness area is available for those who want to stay active during their stay, and private parking is free.



The 5 x 20 m outdoor pool is the centerpiece of the garden during the warmer months. The two hectares of greenery surrounding the villa provide plenty of space for strolling, relaxing outdoors, and enjoying the tranquility of the private garden.



The area offers a wide variety of attractions: the open-air thermal baths in the woods of Bagni di San Filippo, the Park of the Monsters in Bomarzo, Civita di Bagnoregio, and Orvieto. In the nearby villages, you’ll find family-run trattorias, artisanal gelaterias, thermal springs, and a farm where goat cheeses are produced with artisanal care.
