The property has very specific instructions to get into the building including using WiFi to gain access to a link the opens a pop up on your phone to release the door. This was new to me, and I was nervous standing on the street making all of the steps happen. The building is covered in graffiti which was a bit shocking to us as we arrived. Other travelers had not mentioned the building's exterior, but it is available on Google Maps street view. The Ludovisi parking across the road was convenient and easy to find parking. The cost of parking there was about 25 euros/day which isn't bad.
