"There is no a/c. We double checked the listing and it says a/c - but that is not accurate. It cools down overnight with the lower temps, but quickly heats up during the warmer days and you have to keep the shutters closed to keep it cool. Furniture - oh my. Way too large and clunky and shrinks the space. And the white couch (just get rid of it) that is so old it sheds the fake leather. "Pros: The owner has thought about all details, and made it very enjoyable to stay in that apartment. USB-socket for recharging phone and even possibility to connect phone to speakers in the room. Kitchen well equipped. TV has a lot of channels. Very good bathroom. The apartment was perfectly clean. Cons: Everything was fine. It is possible to make it even better by adding a small table with chairs in front of the house for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink"

"Stayed in a group of 9, 5 adults, 1 teenager and three children. Plenty of space for us all. Nice quiet location but only 10-15 minutes from Baqueira for skiing and 5 minutes from Viehla.Good facilities, coffee machine, TV with Netflix etc. Parking can be a little tricky, the property has a couple of spaces in the court yard at the rear which and there is a public car park just up the road which is 7 / 24 hours. "One of the worst travel experiences we've ever had - completely unprofessional and disrespectful. By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available. After reaching the hotel, we arrived only to find out our room had been given away. No notice, no explanation, and no effort to make things right. There is no person attending the “reception desk” – this is not a hotel. To make matters worse, when we tried to call the company’s central reservations line, they said that they "don’t speak English” and hung up on us. Unacceptable behavior from any hospitality provider, let alone in the tourism industry. This experience was not only a major disruption to our trip, but also a glaring example of how not to treat guests. We strongly advise others to think twice before booking with this property or company. There are better options for real hotels directly across the street."
