JASMINE HOUSE.
The comfortable prefabricated house has an area of ​​42 square meters interior, 8 square meters of covered terrace and a large garden for exclusive use of approximately 180 square meters.
The house is completely fenced with a high-meshed green metal mesh. 180 and is surrounded by a hedge in perfumed laurel. It consists of: bedroom with double bed and wardrobe; kitchen with stainless steel sink, 4 burners, oven, fridge with freezer. Room with 2 single bunk beds, coat hanger, clothes shelf; bathroom with large walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, sink. Outside it is connected to a wooden veranda, covered, with table and chairs. Air conditioning, LCD TV.
Barbecue. Garden furnished with sun loungers. Carport.
The watering is automatic and is activated at night. Common use of the coin-operated washing machine.

The Campi al Mare farm is immersed in the flat green of the Etruscan coast, between Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci and Donoratico, among olive and fruit plantations. The buildings dating from the mid-800s have been renovated to offer comfort and respect the Tuscan rural style. The main feature that distinguishes it is the individuality of each villa, with large private spaces for single-family use and independent entrance. It is 4 km from long sandy beaches, shopping centers and medieval villages rich in culture and typical restaurants. The pool is in use by the clients of the 5 cottages. Animals not accepted.

Great host

Wir hatten das kleinste Haus, das einfach ausgestattet war, aber für unsere Zwecke voll ausreichte. Die Gartenanlage und der Pool waren super gepflegt, es war sogar ein Gym zum Trainieren da. Die Lage ist fantastisch ruhig. Man ist schnell am Strand und bei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Gastgeber sind überaus nett und es gibt fast nur Stammgäste, die seit 10-15 Jahren dorthin fahren.
