"Yes, the breakfast menu was very fresh, and the parking was safe. The room itself was not well maintained. The first room we were assigned had a very strong odor of cigar ret smoke. We had to request a change of the room. There was mold in the shower tile and the rim of the toilet was not the cleanest. ..."

"While we enjoyed our stay the room could've been cleaner. Windows haven't been cleaned in some time and very dusty on the inside ledges. AC unit rattled so loud I had to turn it off at 3 a.m. Other then that the staff was great and the rest of the hotel looked like it was kept clean"

The Escape Pod @Cheat Lake, private Hot Tub, WVU
"The Escape Pod was a very unique and fun stay. The house had everything we needed to enjoy the time we had there. It was nice to be able to stay in Cheat Lake with a nice view. Would definitely recommend staying here."
