My family and I spent two days here and the stay was excellent. Great amenities, food, service and spa. Nicola and Tatiana were fantastic. Within .5 miles to town as well. I would highly recommend.

Nice breakfast, disappointing room experience

The hotel had some good points, such as a nice breakfast and a large swimming pool. However, our room was disappointing. When we arrived, it smelled of cigarettes and wasn’t very clean. On the day of check-out, we even found a live millipede inside the room.

Beautiful place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood close to a mall which has dining facilities. It was a 20 minute drive to the airport no rush-hour traffic. We wish you had another night there as we really didn’t enjoy the gardens or the grounds, but that’s our fault not the facilities

Erittäin palvelualtis henkilökunta ja hoiti asiat nopeasti. Huone siivottiin päivittäin mikä oli positiivista. Huoneessa kaikki tarpeellinen, ilmastointi, WC/pesuhuone, TV ja vielä pieni parvekekin jossa olisi voinut olla pari pientä tuolia. Mukava iso uima-allas jossa allasbaari mikä ei ollut aina auki mutta sisältä sai juotavaa jos se oli tarpeen. Hotellin oma alue siisti ja tarjolla sohvaryhmiä lokoiluun. Omat ilmaiset parkkipaikat oli myös plussaa. Lyhyt matka Barin lentokentälle noin 30-40 minuuttia.

Skuffende opphold

Rom, restaurant, spa og resepsjon var rent og fint. Bassengområdet var dårlig vedlikehold med løse planker som en lett kan snuble i. Mye forstyrrelser ved at lokalbefolkningen kunne bruke uteområdet, og hotellets ledelse at ikke kontroll på hva disse foretok seg. Alt fra løse hunder til høy musikk. Veldig uforutsigbar om restauranten var åpen for lunsj og middag. Frokosten var heller dårlig med gammelt brød og lite pålegg. Kelneren rotet mye med bestillinger og gjestene fikk ofte ikke den maten de hadde bestilt. Spaavdelingen var veldig bra. En bør være obs på at det er vanskelig å få tak i taxi
