The room is very clean. Bathroom is also spotlessly clean. The staff are very helpful and kind. Appreciate the shuttle to the airport. Makes life easier. The driver is very good. He drives safely. he helped us with our heavy luggages with no complaints.

I had an early flight, so spent my last night in Milan at the hotel. This worked perfectly—I was able to use the free shuttle to & from the airport. The staff was friendly & went out of their way to be helpful. The room was clean & beds were comfortable. Perfect for what I needed for the stay.
