"The hotel is old. I would grade it as a 2 star hotel. The cost/benefit is very low. For such a cost we got much better accomodations. I don’t recommend this hotel. The 8.6 rate, it not true. It should be about 7. I made my decision based on 8.6 and I am very disappointed from Hotel.com giving it a wrong rating of 8.6. "

"The complimentary shuttle service to Terminal 1/2 Malpenza Airport accessible to commute to any places in Milan to Rome, Venice by Train or bus. Amazing Buffet Service and Dinner order Ala Carte Pizza was superb - crust was still soft in the morning as leftover snack. Ordered Steak not enjoyable was chewy and hard. Ensure to improve and promote your convenience store more selection for guests to purchase necessities if needed. But overall amazing staff - especially Larisse Grazie Mille. Arrivaderci. "
