Our holiday apartments with a pool, along with the detached Boscobello villa, are the result of the careful renovation of an old rural village. We used local materials and craftsmanship to create the interiors—including exposed wooden beams, traditional terracotta floors, and wrought-iron details—with the aim of preserving the spirit of the place as much as possible.

The apartments and the villa retain the imprint of their rural history: each name—from “Frantoio” to “Fienile”—evokes the use to which they were put in the past.

Each of our holiday apartments has a separate entrance and a private terrace—often with a panoramic view—offering spectacular vistas of the Chianti hills and the towers of San Gimignano. All terraces are covered to provide shade from the sun and are equipped with a table, chairs, and comfortable lounge chairs for al fresco dining and relaxation. Each apartment also features a barbecue for your outdoor grilling.

Every apartment is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen: hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and a refrigerator with a separate freezer. A microwave is available upon request. We take your comfort very seriously: we carefully select high-quality, comfortable mattresses and sofa beds that are regularly replaced. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartments and common areas.

Guests are welcome to use all common areas: the pool, the terraced gardens, the play areas, and the large panoramic terrace adjacent to the reception desk.

La Rimessa
Formerly used as a storage shed for farm tools and machinery, this space retains its spaciousness and comfort, making it the ideal choice for a family holiday in Tuscany. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a large living room, a kitchen, and two double bedrooms with ceiling fans, each with a private bathroom.

The living area features a spacious living room with a dining table and a comfortable double sofa bed, as well as an open-concept kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with separate freezer, and a coffee maker.

The two bedrooms, separated from the living area, each have a private bathroom. The larger room offers a lovely panoramic view, while the smaller one has the advantage of direct access to the garden through a French door.
