Ideal apartment for 4 people, with the possibility of adding a sofa bed in the living room
It is located on the first floor of a completely renovated Tuscan farmhouse, called "Podere Scopeto", a wonderful place in the hills and surrounded by nature.
The apartment consists of: kitchenette with small living area, 1 spacious double bedroom, 1 small bedroom with single beds and bathroom with shower.
Private and equipped terrace on the ground floor, also equipped with barbecue.
The panoramic swimming pool is equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds and is used in common with Podere Scopeto's other holiday homes.
Other common areas are: the panoramic terraces and the relaxation terraces, where you will also have the possibility of making a barbecue party and basketball court.
