No Parties or Events
Parties and events are not permitted under any circumstances. Violations may result in immediate removal from the property, a $1,000 penalty, and additional charges.

Cancellations
The applicable cancellation policy will be enforced. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Minimum Booking Age
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Exceptions may be considered with additional requirements.

Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Undisclosed guests may result in fines.

No Smoking Indoors
Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.

Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.

Pet Policy
Dogs are permitted on the property provided they have been disclosed prior to arrival and the applicable pet fee has been paid. A maximum of one dog is allowed, with a weight limit of 20 lbs. Please keep dogs on a leash in public spaces and clean up after them at all times. If dogs are left unattended in the home, they must be crated at all times, and pets are not allowed on any furniture.

Exterior Security Cameras
There is a Ring camera and an additional camera on the shed. These cameras view the back of the house and entrance.

The fireplace in the living room is decorative only and not operational. Central air provides both heating and cooling throughout the cottage.
