"Start off the front desk staff was amazing! Young woman there who knew all about the entertainment venues, best places to dine out, and went out of her way to be helpful in any way possible. Kudos to her! Our room sadly was one of the select few that did not have A/C, which for a rainy and muggy day made for an interesting stay.
