"Our family enjoyed the stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Eagle, Boise, Idaho. Our room was comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a week-long stay. The breakfast was good, offering a variety of food and drinks. The kitchen staff maintained a clean, inviting environment to start the day. Ginger was especially helpful and friendly. Elizabeth, who was staffing the front desk, was very helpful, especially with using the business office. My wife used the workout facilities every morning and found everything clean and ready to use. This was a very good visit for our family."

"Easy to find, easy to navigate home, well appointed, and so clean. Our family enjoyed all the space. I enjoyed the office that was its own space with a door. The kids loved the hot tub and ping pong table. Beds were comfy and sheets were high quality! Hot tub towels provided. A few staple items were left in the kitchen which is so nice to cut down on grocery order. So close to shopping and dining. Kids appreciated the body wash, shampoo, conditioner supplied in the showers. We truly felt at home here. Thanks for providing a wonderful place to stay!"

"We stayed a total of 4 nights and didn’t receive housekeeping until the third day. We requested cleaning because our son had a bloody nose and needed new bed linens and towels. We also had a leak in the toilet and had to use the towels to sop up the leak. We called downstairs and repeatedly Stephen put us in an extended hold. When we went downstairs in person he claimed he couldn’t leave the desk. We also purchased ice cream and he refused to give us a spoon and instructed us to get one in our room. We were on the top floor at the very end of the hall and were eating in the dining area. I asked if he could get us one from the breakfast area and he declined that request as well. "

"Great house for four adults and four kids. Everything you need is there. Cookware, utensils dishes soup’s cleaners. Laundry by the kitchen with soap included! Very clean home. A very enjoyable stay. Thank you."
