We had a fantastic time. Beautiful place to stay my only negative was that we didnt stay longer! If you live a busy life and need to relax and reset, this is the place to do it. Skip was fantastic and super responsive whenever we needed something. Cant wait to be back.
This oasis in the woods was perfect for us! The house was immaculate and far exceeded our expectations. The homeowners have thought of everything and we lacked nothing. Would come back in a heartbeat! You won’t be disappointed as you disconnect and enjoy the forest and amenities in this getaway.
This place would easily accommodate 6 people with enough space and activities to keep your guests entertained for hours. This place is great. Great views and memorable stay. Thank you Skipp, your the man!
Although a remote property in the woods,it was really relaxing and touching back with the local nature in the area. The local community were incredibly friendly and we made some wonderful friends.Skipp was on hand when we arrived and departed,he is a star! Can’t fault the property, you will need a car.

The Hideaway
Well maintained, clean and very comfortable!! Host was extremely helpful. It is a remote piece of property-a perfect get-away!
Our time at the property was excellent from check in to check out. Clean and spacious with lots of little amenities. The rec room in the basement as well as the fire pit was a nice distraction after a long work day. Would definitely go back.
Very clean, comfortable and private oasis to relax at while attending the races at Road America. Skip was a great host and the game room was a big hit with the group. Will definitely look to book again for future races.
Pleasant and enjoyable experience. Beautifully situated and decorated home in a secluded wooded setting. The home is decorated in an elegant, clean, modern/mission style with comfortable furniture. It was immaculately clean, with all linens and cooking/dining essentials in place. Communication with manager was timely and efficient. Highly recommended, would stay again. We enjoyed local eateries, including PJ Campbell's in Plymouth, and 3 Sweets Bakery in Dundee; but we enjoyed being a few minutes away from any town, out in the country.
Was super clean. Very nice setting in the woods. Beautiful and spacious interior. Was easy to communicate with the host Skip. Welcoming and Nice amenities in fridge such as wine, beer cheese and crackers.
Everything available that we needed.
We picked this property last minute for a two night stay to watch our sons play at the Waupaca Grass Volleyball Tournament. Like other people have stated the photos don’t do it justice. Once you turn in the driveway it is just over a minute to reach the house and it is beautiful. The house sits in a clearing with some terraces and thick forest all around. Completely silent and peaceful. Skip the owner is great and you can tell they take impeccable care of the property. The family room is amazing and it just feels comfortable. The loft is really cool too and there is a neat dormer with windows looking out to the tops of the trees. For three dads the downstairs game room with the bar, tv, pool table, dart machine and foosball table was awesome. Many games of pool were played. They are very thoughtful in what they provided making you feel more like a guest than a customer. Great experience and we will be back!
Stayed 3 nights in this absolutely spotless vacation home in rural eastern Wisconsin. The basement is a "party room" with a pool table, foosball, full bar, TV and dart machine. A walk out patio has a grill and fire pit. Main floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen/dining room and living room. Also, 3 season porch. Upstairs loft has bedroom, bath, and sitting area. We used the house as a home base for our adventures in Kettle Moraine which were basically just biking and hiking. I enjoy road biking so I was able to leave from the house and ride 20-30 miles (mostly south) very easily. This is rural house - not close to town - but you can easily drive to Plymouth for groceries or dinner. The host is super-nice and very easy to reach. This is a quiet getaway, perfect for a couple and 2 older kids.
You won't feel far from home in this house! Excellent accommodations, kitchen had everything you needed to enjoy a great meal! The welcome goodies provided a little taste of Wisconsin! The pool table and Foosball kept us entertained! Skip was there to greet us and provided great information about the area!
My friends and I stayed here for 2 nights on a guys golf trip weekend. The place was perfect and had everything we could have asked for. The owner was generous, had great communication with us, and gave wonderful recommendations for restaurants in the area. We especially loved the game room in the basement along with the very quiet atmosphere that this property offered. We were beyond happy with this house and location.
We rented the cabin while attending the Nascar race at Road America. This place is a quick 20 minutes from gates 3 and 4, avoiding a ton of traffic coming in from the South.
Very unique place, inside and out. Beautiful piece of property and craftsmanship on the home. Plenty of things to do while at the cabin. Amazing hosts! I could go on about all of the small things that they did to make our stay better and more comfortable. Thank you for everything!
This is a fantastic cabin with every amenity you'd need to enjoy some time away. I believe it's located on about 40 acres so it's definitely a remote and quiet place to enjoy some downtime. It's also close to Elkhart Lake for Road America, Plymouth, Sheboygan for the lakefront, Kohler golfing, Kettle Moraine state park for countless hiking trails and biking, and a couple of cool local bars in Dundee. 4 of us rented for 3 days for a guys 'catch up' weekend. We had more than enough space. Basement is awesome with the games, bar, firepit out the walkout basement and brand new gas grill with a spare tank. We'll definitely rent this cabin again!
The property was great. The pictures do not do it justice. It is just down the road from long lake if you want to hit the beach. The property is nestled in a well kept forest home to wild birds and deer. It is kept clean and well maintained. The ref room was my favorite equipped with darts, pool, fooseball, and a bar. My family and Enjoyed grilling among the trees. Skipp is accessible for any question.
This property is a beautiful home on 20 acers of forested land that is far enough from civilization that you won't hear cars but not so far you can't get a burger and ice cream in 10 minutes. The pictures don't do this place justice. It is extremely well cared for and the area around it is well landscaped.
The owner is friendly and showed us around his house when we checked in. His attention to detail was spectacular.
