"The hotel was huge, didn’t expect to be staying on the 53rd floor but I appreciated the view of the city from up there. They have valet parking as well as garage self parking across the street. The bathroom was a bit small but the room was clean."

"Seamless check- in. I received updates from time of booking until I walked into the door to be sure we had everything set. As a mom of six it was the perfect “fairytale”. Once upon a gem is located near a park with a field perfect for kickball, relay, or frisbee. The kitchens are equipped with settings for more than 15. The bedrooms are thoughtfully designed and themes adorable. The level of comfort provided by the bedrooms- best “beauty” sleep ever. You see the pictures but they don’t capture the enchantment. Jordan & Shante’ thank you for the space you created. We started off my son’s journey to adulthood and the Villian Lair was just the right mix of “quiet, soft light, and comfort” for his autistic sensory needs. "
