The apartment was born from the union of two studios and has been transformed into a practical two-room apartment with a living room, bedroom, separate kitchen, laundry room and two full bathrooms. This particular layout makes the house particularly comfortable for families, groups of friends or for two couples who want to share their vacation, each maintaining their own spaces and a dedicated bathroom.
The interiors are characterized by warm wood finishes that give the house the typical charm of mountain homes, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere in every season.
The living area has a dining table, TV and a sofa bed. The living room leads to the separate kitchen, fully equipped with induction cooktop and everything necessary to prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners independently.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe. From the room there is also access to a practical laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, particularly useful during longer stays.
Both bathrooms are complete and have a shower, sink, toilet and bidet, offering greater convenience especially when the house is occupied by several guests.
One of the strengths of the apartment is the large panoramic balcony, furnished with an outdoor table and overlooking the greenery and mountains of Valsassina. During winter, the ski resorts in the area are easily accessible, while in summer the valley offers endless opportunities to experience the mountains in total relaxation.
Lake Como is about 30-40 minutes away by car and allows you to easily organize a trip to Bellano, Varenna, Bellagio and the other famous villages overlooking the lake.
