They use an automated chat on what’s app that was useless. Was charged 25 euro for not checking in 24 hours in advance. Finally that was resolved. My other complaint was the leaking air conditioning. Woke up to a flooded room and soaked clothes. No rectification. Just a “thanks for letting us know”....

"We enjoyed our stay very much. The shuttle was very useful, getting us into town & to the train station & back. The pool area is clean & quiet with bar service. The breakfast has lots of great food to choose from. The bed was comfortable & air conditioning worked great. My only tiny nit pick is that the shower is very small & cramped. Considering the rest of the hotel was so lovely, this was a very small gripe that’s almost not worth mentioning. I would definitely stay here again"
