We stayed at Rosapetra Spa Resort in August and were disappointed. The hotel has no air conditioning, and their solution was to suggest leaving the balcony door open at night—right onto a busy, noisy road. It also didn’t feel safe since anyone could easily walk up to our room.
Breakfast was very basic: just yogurts, cereals, and a few egg options. The best part of our stay was the staff—they were truly wonderful and went out of their way to help. Unfortunately, the hotel itself just doesn’t match their level of service. Federico was amazing!!! No matter how hard they tried, the property felt more like a basic 3-star hotel.
Sadly, I wouldn’t stay here again.

"Clean comfortable room, good location to stay at if you don’t want to be in Venice. Walking distance to the train station and big grocery store. Had washer and dryer for €5 each per load, which is handy. Highly recommend!"

"Very easy to check into and find, parking was closeby and was reasonably priced for the night we stayed, room was very nice and quiet for being so close to the train station and busy streets, and plenty of food options nearby. A very nice place to stay if you plan to take the train into venice"
