Welcome to our bright third-floor studio at La Ferme Bretonne in Casablanca. Enjoy a space featuring an air-conditioned living area and a fully equipped kitchen, offering unobstructed views. Access is self-service via a card obtained at the front desk, and an lift is available. Respect for the area: please be considerate in the common areas and keep noise to a minimum in the apartment, especially after 10 p.m. No parties or loud gatherings.
Outside guests: only the people listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight in the apartment.
Moroccan couples: In accordance with Moroccan law, unmarried Moroccan couples must present a marriage certificate before or at the time of check-in. Without this certificate, the reservation may be cancelled.
Rental Agreement: Guests must sign the agreement sent after booking. The stay is confirmed subject to the signing of this agreement.
Smoking: Not allowed indoors. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace or balcony.
Cleanliness: Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition (dishes rinsed, trash disposed of if possible, no damage).
Care of furnishings: Treat the furniture, appliances, and equipment as if you were at home.
Check-in/Check-out: Please adhere to the agreed-upon times as much as possible. Let me know if you’ll be running late.
Security: Always lock the apartment door and the building entrance securely, and turn off the air conditioning, lights, and electrical appliances when you leave.
