Very pleased with my stay, reception staff were very helpful and friendly, as was Adil and Madam Talbi. Good clean hotel, which is exactly what I wanted.
Beautiful stay. Convenient location, close to lots of shopping and dining options and walkable to tourist sightseeing options. The staff was friendly and courteous. Our rooms were beautiful, very clean and smelled wonderful. Wish we had another day to spend here because the hotel was wonderful!
The Hotel and rooms looked great, were clean and generally very spacious.
The kitchen staff, the porter and especially the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
The location is great as it is only a few minutes walk to the tram station and an endless amount of varied shops and restaurants.
I can't believe I never booked this hotel all the other times I have traveled to Casablanca! Wonderful bar/restaurant, friendly and professional staff, dedicated parking space, clean and comfortably rooms. Located at the heart of the city and yet no insane noises nor traffic, I loved it!
Excellent hotel and very nice staff especially Adel from the restaurant. He is a very cheerful person and tries to please everybody. Breakfast is great! We had a nice room on the last floor with a great view.
For some reason, our breakfast was not included and Haffsa the IT manager very kindly offered 1 breakfast as gesture of goodwill. She was very polite and professional.
Also housekeeping was excellent especially the lady Bauchra was particular about the cleanliness and kept the room spotless. Highly recommended. Will go there again

It was just ok , rooms were small , dusty in need of upgrades. The employee response was good when u needed something.
Hotel (4 stars by the way), old and dirty. Staff is friendly and speak English very well.
Didn't like our stay at all.
I hope I don't have to travel to Morroco ever again.
Room was spacious but several problems. Sink plug did not work, pillows were like rocks, neither wifi did not work in our room 602, breakfast was not very good lots of choice but not great. View from our room was spectacular.
Staff were very friendly and helpful
The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are very friendly and helpful — I really appreciated their kindness and warm attitude. However, during the night, it was a bit noisy as some guests were talking and shouting loudly, which made it hard to sleep. Also, there weren’t enough towels provided in the room, which was a little inconvenient.
Other than that, everything else was great — the hotel’s atmosphere is nice, and I enjoyed my stay overall. I hope they can improve sound management and provide more towels to make the experience even better.
The staff was excellent, the lobby is nice. I wasn’t so happy with the room though:
1) the kettle was broken (the staff changed it quickly, so that speaks pretty highly of the good service)
2) the balcony door was broken and couldn’t lock (safety threat when sleeping).
3) wifi extremely weak
4) cups not super clean, one in a small storage next to the fridge wasn’t cleaned.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kenzi Basma Hotel and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with every corner shining and every surface gleaming. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredible buffet offered at the hotel. The variety of dishes available was astounding, catering to every taste and preference. Whether you're a fan of local delicacies or international cuisine, the buffet had something for everyone. Each dish was prepared with care and attention to detail, ensuring a delightful dining experience every time.Furthermore, the location of the hotel is unbeatable. Situated in a safe and walkable area, I felt completely at ease exploring the surroundings. Whether I wanted to take a leisurely stroll or venture out for some sightseeing, everything was conveniently within reach.Overall, my experience at the Kenzi Basma Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the pristine cleanliness to the delectable buffet spread and the convenient location, it's the perfect choice for any traveler looking for a memorable stay. I can't wait to return!
2 nights in 6th floor room with balcony view to sea and Hassan mosque. Room a bit dated, handle to balcony door hanging off. Breakfast not great not very clean, coffee machines very dirty.
