Good spot in Casa for a layover. Staff are helpful and the rooftop restaurant/bar is convenient with nice views. It’s a pretty short walk to the mosque and port as well.

Wonderful Hotel

We were dropped off by our driver and kindly welcomed inside. We were then brought to our room by a staff member. We expressed to the front desk how we wanted a driver to take us around the highlights within Casablanca. This was arranged for us. We went around to all the major highlights and were brought back to the hotel. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a nice variety of fruits, breads, coffees, meats, and cheeses as well as another staff member who cooked omelets. Overall, this was a wonderful stay with very pleasant staff. Thank you!

Average, more budget than eco

Pretty good location but the hotel felt more budget than eco. Bedding was very nice but toiletries was like a youth hostel. Staff werent attentive at all, also no locked place to keep bags. Rooms on the first floor are noisy so id avoid. Rooftop bar is cool though!

Good stay

Had a great stay, second time we stayed here. Beds are amazingly comfortable, breakfast is good, rooms are very big and clean, nice design. Only negative thing is that our room was located next to the elevator and we could hear the doors opening, closing and people talking all night as they were arriving to the their rooms, which woke us up. Would recommend to ask for a room not close to the elevator.

We stayed here 1 night on our way to Fez. Excellent service, room was ready right when we arrived. We asked for room away from elevator noise and they upgraded us to larger suite with balcony. Needed to rest after travel and bed was very comfortable to relax and chill with International TV. They brought a treat of dates for evening turndown. Morning breakfast was delicious with omelettes made to order, tons of pastries, fruit, juices coffee and some hot Moroccan food as well Also had good massage at the downstairs spa!

Casablanca mismanagement

This hotel was quite good, but they cancelled my brother’s room despite him having paid months ago because he was late due to flight cancellations. They then rented his room out to other customers. And they didn’t even give him a refund. This seems ridiculous. The breakfast was good, but overly expensive. This leaves a sour taste in your mouth.

I’d traveled right through Morocco for an entire week and I can safely say that this was my worst hotel experience. The two adjacent rooms we were offered could not have their windows closed tight. Since they were on the first floor, the noise was insane. But equally troubling was the fact that this led to the AC unit being shut down. When I complained about this, the receptionist eventually (after an hour or more) called in a gentleman to help close the windows as best he could and eventually got the AC to work. The temperature in the room was well above that of the hallway and would take time to cool since the AC unit was not very powerful. I must acknowledge that the gentleman who came to help us was a true gentleman and, although didn’t seem to spreak much English, was responsive and did the best he could. But… there was no way to completely close the windows nonetheless. When I spoke to the receptionist about this once again and asked her to be moved to another room, she said the hotel was full and sold out. I then went back to the room and found another hotel within a 10 min walk (Casa Diamond) for the same $$$ I spent on this terrible venue. When I left the hotel, the receptionist asked me to hold off on leaving and would try to find me another room. Ah, thanks but no thanks. I don’t write many reviews, so when I do, you know it’s either really bad or very good.

Un super hôtel mais trop bruyant

L'hôtel en lui même est juste super. Le petit déjeuner est parfait, les chambres sont parfaites, l'emplacement est parfait et le service est parfait. Mais le problème c'est qu'ils ont décidé d'y mettre un bar sur le toit où ils mettent la musique à fond jusqu'à minuit. Au 5 ème étage impossible de dormir avant cette heure là. J'étais au départ au second étage où on entend quasiment pas le bar... sauf que les joints des portes donnant sur les balcons sont inexistants. Sans exagérer on a l'impression de dormir la fenêtre ouverte. Etant donné qu'il se situe au croisement d'un boulevard ce problème devrait être traité en priorité. C'est dommage je ne reviendrai pas pourtant l'hôtel en soit était parfait. Je ne le conseillerais qu'à des vacanciers qui ont prévu de se coucher tard tous les soirs

A refaire pour une seconde chance - mérite mieux

Hotel en rénovation avec un prix canon. Toutefois, la salle de sport et le spa sont en rénovation (contrairement à ce qui m'avait été dit). La chambre est grande, très confortable, du bruit ext couloir (faudrait voir c'est assez perturbant mais sans doute lié à un réglage). V2rifiez votre note on a eu des surprises mais tout est rentré dans l'ordre par la suite. Super restaurant au RDC et le roof à l'air sympa (du bruit le soir jusqu'à 1h possible) mais casablanca est bruyante !
