"The hotel offers less than expected. As a Resort & Spa it's expected to have Resort's facilities and to be a spa which nothing more than swimming-pool was found. The service was the highlight, particularly at the breakfast, both Marco and Valentina did everything they could to make our experience the best. Congrats to this team! "

"When we arrived, we were not given a room with a balcony and were told the hotel was fully booked. We booked on March 30 and arrived September 9th. We found this excuse unacceptable. The hotel did not become full until the last week of August as we periodically checked their site. On the 3rd night of our stay, when we arrived at the restaurant, we were turned away as we did not have reservations. "This hotel is simply awesome! The rooms are clean and the location is fantastic. Right across the street from a beautiful beach. Breakfast is excellent. Will stay here again. The is easily the best hotel we had in Sicily and you won't find a cleaner, most beautiful beach. 5 stars!"
