Everything was good, the only downside the limited transportation. Overall, the stay was very good, breakfast was great, the hotel is clean and very good staff.

Whether you choose to simply relax and enjoy your stay or explore the highlights of Lake Como—as we did with short day trips—you’ll leave with a deep sense of satisfaction. What made our experience truly outstanding was the hotel staff. We stay at similar hotels often, but these professionals were by far the best we’ve encountered. They responded to our emails within 30 minutes and went out of their way to fulfill every request. “No” simply isn’t in their vocabulary. They organized a number of special tours for us and ensured everything ran flawlessly. Thanks to their dedication, we had one of the most memorable vacations of our lives.

We loved our room, we had a suite on the top floor overlooking the pool with a view of the lake and mountains, it was immaculately clean and tidy, the breakfast was fantastic with a great choice for all

Airport shuttle was fast and efficient. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and the restaurant is amazing.
