"The hotel is nice, but quite old. The room was certainly not worth the 4-star rating. The food was good but not exceptional. The staff were courteous, but, due to several different teams working there, some things were overlooked (for example I was not told that, on a specific evening, there would be no dinner before 8:30pm - to their credit the restaurant staff did make me a sandwich at 7:30pm, as I did not want to wait until 8:30pm to eat). "The hotel is a little dated but in a convenient location across from the beach and about a 20 min walk to the old town. The staff is helpful and friendly. The reason that I rated it so low as my husband and I would wake up with insect bites that we first thought were mosquito bites because he had found a few mosquitoes in the room.
