"The reason I selected Terrible was the condition of the pool. It was green, but that's not why. When I went to grab the pool handrail, it swung to the right. It wasn't even securely in its place and was extremely dangerous! Had I not caught myself, it could have ended differently. One of the steps going down the ladder on the opposite side wasn't even straight. It was angled. Another accident waiting to happen. We were late by 2 minutes for breakfast, and they locked the door.
