"We asked for towels to be replaced and the room cleaned, they told us it's not on the cleaning schedule. We stayed there from Sunday to Tuesday with the same towels. Worst experience I ever had in any hotel."

"The place is in a tricky location, if you were trying to go there for the first time and coming in the night, give yourself enough time. Second thing to mention "This place does not have an elevator" always request for a lower level room. I was like WTH, how are the elderly and physically challenged ever get to the upper level. Third thing, the carpets in the rooms are super dirty and sticky, just walk with white sock and see the amount of dirt it attracts."

"You get what you pay for!!!!.....but this property is designed for success for the value....problem is housekeeping is nonexistent. Thick film of grime/dirt/gunk/mold on every surface. Hard floors, countertops, tiled bathroom.....all they had to do is remove the grease film and I would have been happy...rough neighborhood but I found it acceptably quiet."

"Staff was super property was pretty old our room executive suite at $420 a night had a really bad musky smell to it. Payed an extra $74 for a full breakfast which was basically a Holiday in breakfast. Way overpriced for what we got that's for sure."
