We had a lovely time at Cartigny Epinay. Kind and helpful hosts, lots to do nearby. Children loved the pool, play equipment (trampoline) and seeing the ducks and their babies

A Great Stay - D Day 2024

An amazingly tranquil place to stay in the Normandy countryside. Beaches and Memorials are just a short drive away. We cannot say enough about the host Virginie. She is a very warm and inviting person who we enjoyed conversing with despite our extremely limited french language skills. The grounds of this property are spacious, well maintained and beautiful! We highly recommend a stay here.

D Day recon

It was everything and more. The hosts (Stephane & Virginie) were amazing, so very helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The gite was clean and spacious a real home from home. Plenty of parking inside a locked & gated area. Looking forward to seeing them again next year.

Nice Quiet Break Near D-Day Beaches and Bayeux

We stayed for three nights and it was a welcome change of pace from our busy sight-seeing. My kids especially loved the ducks. :-) Some things to know - plan on being offline, there is no wifi. And I wish that all the possible extra costs (sheets, bedding, maid service, additional deposit) were already included in the VRBO pricing as it was a little stressful to try and understand and a bit of a cost surprise.

Un week-end au top

Nous avons était accueilli avec une bienveillance que j’ai apprécié énormément, les propriétaires on était super nous on bien conseillé et ont était à notre écoute dès que l’ont en avait besoin ! Un moment de calme dans ce gîte magnifique ! Tout et à disposition pour passer un moment agréable ! La nature , des canard ou des oies ( je sais pas trop ) des jeux pour les enfants , la piscine ! Un gîte ou j’aurais le plaisir d’y revenir sans problème ! Merci à vous

Très bon séjour dans un des gîtes de la Fosse aux loups. Équipements confortables et situation très pratique pour visiter. La piscine est un vrai plus.Nous aurions apprécié que le linge de maison soit fourni.

petit séjour en normandie

Le gite est idéalement situé pas trop loin des plages du débarquement mais suffisamment pour être au calme. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse du gite et du grand parc bucolique mais aussi de la piscine. Virginie est charmante et toujours aux soins pour ses hotes. Bref, une adresse qu'on aimerait garder secrète pour être sûr d'y avoir de la place !

Idéalement placé et très confortable

Gîte très confortable. La piscine est magnifique et très bien chauffée. L'accueil est très chaleureux. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter la plages du débarquement et la Manche.

Un petit coin de paradis

Endroit paisible, aucun bruit, gite très bien équipé. L'étang permet de passer des soirées détentes ou encore à la pêche en barque. Un très bon souvenir avec des propriétaires très sympa et accueillants.

Séjour très agréable avec les enfants

Gîte très bien équipé. L'accès à la piscine chauffée est un vrai plaisir pour les grands et les petits. Les plages se situent à environ 20 minutes en voiture. Des jeux sont mis a disposition, mention spéciale au trampoline, balançoires et tour en barque sur l'étang.

Calme et sérénité

Une très belle semaine passée dans un cadre reposant au plus près de la nature. Le gîte est agréable, propre et bien équipé. La piscine est très agréable. Virginie est une hôte très accueillante qui a des petites attentions très appréciables (jeux dans le gîte adaptés à l'âge des enfants, jouets gonflables dans la piscine différents chaque jours...). Un très bon séjour.

Excellent séjour

Un agréable séjour passé au calme,très reposant avec un étang, ses grenouilles et ses canards. Nous avons reçu un accueil chaleureux et tout est bien expliqué. Les propriétaires sont très gentils. Le gîte est très bien équipé, propre et très bien décoré. La piscine est chauffée et il y a même pleins de jeux pour s'amuser avec les petits. Un gîte que je recommande et ou j'y retournerai.
