"Absolutely horrendous stay. The group that I was with had reserved about 3/4 of the hotel for our convention. We all had a horrible stay. On Friday 5/1/26 a water pipe burst and there was no water available at the hotel until Saturday night 5/2/26. Even though there was water, there was no hot water. We had no breakfast in the morning. We couldn't use the bathroom or anything without water. We were forced to go to a nearby convenience store. We were told there were plumbers on the way but we never saw them. The owner offered us 15% off on a future stay and that was it. Corporate has been notified and hopefully they will make it right. I would remove this location from your website and not be associated with them if I was you."
