"I enjoyed the staff and they were friendly and helpful. My first night was awesome. My second night there were rude people outside making noise had to call the desk to have them take care of it which is no bad reflection of your hotel there are just some people who shouldn’t be allowed out in public. My only complaint was your pool area really needs works the hand rail by the steps isn’t even safe it pulls right out of the cement. As for around the area trash needed to be done more often and house keeping left a huge bad of dirty something right outside my door with an empty ice bucket."
"The lodge is beautifully decorated, very clean, and spacious. My family was traveling to Florida from Ohio. The location was perfect because it’s located right off a state route. Jason, the host was amazing. I will definitely be back with my family!"

They required full payment upfront (2nights).
The fine print stated that once the check in paper was signed, no refunds were allowed, so we were stuck.
The motel seemed to house those who were otherwise homeless. Personal chairs outside doors and a BBQ was on a balcony. The “lobby” was always locked and I had to make a call to have someone check me in.
This is NOT the quality of motel I expected to find on Hotels.com."
