This new and modern bungalow is situated on the popular Arona complex close to the beaches of the Mar Menor in Mar de Cristal. The complex has a lovely grassed pool area and there is direct access from the patio area of the property.The bungalow is furnished to a very high standard and offers an excellent place for your beach holiday. It has 2 good size bedrooms with family bathroom. It has well equipped kitchen with all modern appliances including dishwasher and utility area. There are steps to the private roof solarium which is a lovely area to sunbathe, read or eat. This area has a built in BBQ, fantastic for making the most of the great outdoor weather.
