This two-bedroom apartment has been completely updated, located on the third floor in the Villa Cristal Urbanization, facing the Mar Menor and a step away from the Salinas. It is a peaceful environment surrounded by all necessary services.



It features a spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen and a balcony perfect for enjoying the breeze and views while having a snack, two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two singles - and a fully updated bathroom with a shower.



The apartment has air conditioning and fiber optic internet.



It includes its own parking space in the communal garage and a communal pool open all year round.



LOCATION:



Situated in the Villa Cristal Urbanization, in Playa Paraíso, on the frontline of the Mar Menor and next to the beautiful natural area of the Salinas de Marchamalo. There is a promenade between the Salinas and the beach that is perfect for morning or evening walks, and the area has several beach bars. There are small grocery stores with all necessary items, pharmacies, restaurants (Malvasía is a highly regarded restaurant that has won several gastronomic awards)...



Playa Paraíso also has playgrounds and is well connected due to its proximity to the highway; Cabo de Palos is just a 5-minute drive away.



If you are looking for a quiet area, a complete apartment, and unbeatable views, this is it!



We offer the option of a flexible rate, for a 10% supplement you can cancel up to 5 days before arrival, available from September to June inclusive. If you are interested in booking with this rate, please let us know in advance or add a comment in the observations section when making the reservation, and we will proceed with the rate and conditions change.



Dogs are allowed with prior notice (extra charge of 25€ per stay).

Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.
