The house is in great shape and had the coffee maker and nice size mugs for our morning coffee before heading to the show. In the evening, the family room was set up well for us to relax. "We always love staying at the Frankenmuth Motel! It's very clean and everyone is pleasant. It's close to most everything in downtown Frankenmuth and is walking distance to the Frankenmuth River Place Shops. It's not on Main St. so it's easy to get in and out. My only complaint is on the continental breakfast. We walked over right at 7 a.m. when breakfast started. The selection was very limited. The worse part is the donuts and bagels were stale. The little blueberry muffins were okay as well as the yogurt. Overall, we had a really nice stay!"

"Started out rough, ended good. Check in was a hassle. The young man at the front desk did not understand the reservation situation. The bathroom had a sink that kept running water. Upon my first call down to the front desk I was told someone would be up to look at it. We went about our day with no updates and it was still running when we came back. I called again that evening and spoke to a lady who was very helpful and explained it was a known problem that could not be fixed immediately. This was fine, I just didn’t want to be accused of excessive water usage. It would have been nice if someone had reached out to me to explain this or left a note or something instead of me having to call again. Check out was easy. The lady at the desk at that time was very kind. Impressively clean rooms and very quiet environment. Good location. I’d stay there again but please train your staff to understand reservation procedures."

"The microwave oven and the refrigerator were not good! The refrigererator barely cooled and could not be made cooler because there was no thermostat to adjust. The microwave oven was so small that a small bag of popcorn would not rotate and began scorching my popcorn. And, the cabinet would not allow the oven's door to be openened without striking the uneven shelf ridge."
