In Carovigno, the villa "Flower House Carisciola" awaits you with a truly comfortable setting that will be ideal for a sea-view getaway.

The 160 m² property on 2 floors, (possibly separated by an interior door) consists of 2 living rooms, 2 well-equipped kitchens, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate 8 people.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, and a fan. A laundry room with a washing machine. A crib or crib is available upon request.

The highlight of the villa is the private outdoor area ,with a 50sqm covered furnished terrace , ideal for dining. The property also has an outdoor area with a large garden ,a centuries-old olive tree ,outdoor shower and a barbecue.

The villa is located only 300m from the beach and there are numerous bars, restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity of the building. You can also easily reach the highway to Ostuni, Lecce and Gallipoli.
