Villa
Aspri Luxury is a large property framed by dry stone walls,
centuries-old olive trees, lush Mediterranean scrub: the most authentic

In addition to the pool and solarium with sunbeds and umbrellas, the garden is complete with a dining area with barbecue, outdoor showers, electric car charging station and shaded parking .
The more modern part of the residence, with contemporary architecture and designer furnishings, consists of two-level villa located at the side of the pool.
The
entrance from large windows is into the living room, furnished with
comfortable double sofa bed and TV. Next to it is the eat-in kitchen,
complete with dining room and shower room.
Internal stairs lead to the upper floor where there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 shower room. From the terraces there is a splendid sea view.
The annex,
located on the side opposite the pool, is introduced by a veranda
furnished for relaxation. The interiors, complete with shower bathroom,
are furnished with elements that combine contemporary and classic
styles: there are 1 double bed, dining table and chairs, open kitchenette, TV, mini fridge, air conditioning.
Next to the annex, in a more intimate and cosy location, there is the traditional trullo that houses 1 double bedroom and 1 shower room.
In total, therefore, Villa Aspri accommodates groups of up to 10 people.

Villa Aspri Luxury is nestled in the olive groves of the Brindisi area, in the countryside of Carovigno, where the countryside slides lushly toward the sea and the beaches of the nature reserve of Torre Guaceto.
The
area is quiet and guarantees maximum privacy. The town of Carovigno,
with its beautiful historic center that stretches to the foot of the
Dentice di Frasso Castle, twisted alleys, and excellent bracerie make it
a must-see destination just 7 km away.
The nearest beaches are just 4 km away. The nearest airport is Papola Casale di Brindisi, less than 20 km away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 25 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 54 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
