Beautiful architect villa built in 2009 with Mediterranean flair, high-quality and tasteful furnishings in Torre Santa Sabina. With an impressive floor plan, 5 terraces and balconies (approx. 90m²), 3 bedrooms (including 1 children's room), 3 bathrooms and a spacious cooking, dining and living area are cleverly accommodated on 3 levels and 110 m². Occupancy: maximum 9 people (6 adults and 3 children) additional baby bed available.

Ground floor: high-quality fitted kitchen with gas stove and electric oven, dishwasher,
Dining-living room with 2 comfortable sofas and large TV flat screen, table with chairs Bathroom with shower. Large covered terrace and awning

Hillside: Internal staircase access to another bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe, children's room with loft bed and additional pull-out bed. Each has an exit to another terrace and small garden

First floor: Access via external stairs, 1 large room (approx. 30m²) sofa bed for 2x2 people, bathroom with shower, 2 large balconies with sea views

Great stay, highly recommended

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable, well-equipped with modern appliances and a nice added bonus was the ping pong table. It's only a 2 mins walk from the (rocky) beach with crystal clear water. Couldn't wish for more.

Italy Coast

The villa was overall very good. We at first had problems with several appliances not working but they were immediately taken care of. The bedrooms are not on the main floor so we had to use steps to either go up or down. As an older couple the steps and the walk to the beach became inconvenient. The villa was comfortable and had many convenient kitchen items once we learned how to use them. A list of how to use appliances would have been helpful. The only other inconvenience was the number of different door locks and a large number of required keys. The agent that met with us really didn't know enough about how everything worked so that we could get settled right away. I would recommend this villa to middle aged individuals. Also there was an ongoing problem with ants.

Tres bonne communication avec l hote. La maison spacieuse tout à fait en accord avec l annonce neanmoins nous regrettons juste que la tondeuse n est pas ete passe depuis un moment nous n avons pas pu profiter de la terrase du rez de chaussee car inaccessible. De plus nous avons ete surpris que les compteurs soient releves à l arrivee et au depart nous pensions que tout etait inclus dans le tarif. Point agreable draps et serviettes à disposition .

La maison correspondait à nos attentes et nous a parfaitement convenu, nous y avons été à l'aise, même parfois à 8 2 petites remarques: Le bain à remous indiqué dans l'annonce n'y était pas Le WIFI fonctionnait correctement sauf dans les chambres du bas où il ne passait pas (il me semble qu'un simple répétiteur réglerait ce problème)

A Sanctuary on the Puglian Coast

inor glitches at the beginning, but Giusy and her husband, Tony, were there quickly to help out and make sure things were resolved to our satisfaction. They were very friendly and hospitable throughout our entire stay. The day trips were fantastic. Don’t miss Ostuni, Monopoli, Alberobello, and Polignano a Mare. We went to Bari and Brindisi as well, which were nice, but nothing like as spectacular as the others. We can highly recommend this house for a great holiday. Everything is within easy reach. There is also an excellent supermarket in Ostuni, called “Familia”, which is easy to find because there are signs everywhere for it. Superb value for the extremely reasonable price!

Abbiamo soggiornato in 8 in questa bellissima Villa a 300 mt dal mare . Villa molto spaziosa , camere ampie , 3 bagni comodissimi , cucina dotata di ogni comfort e patio esterno . Siamo stati veramente bene e un grazie anche a Giusy per l’accoglienza e assistenza .

A 5 minuti dal mare, spazio e confort in abbondanza

Sehr gepflegte Villa und Umgebung. Die Villa befindet sich außerhalb Torre S.Sabina sodass, ein Auto erforderlich ist. Großes Vorteil ist in 500m ein Felsenstrand einmalig für schnorchler. Das kristallklares Wasser lässt tief blicken. Ein Spaziergang von 2 km etwa 20 Minuten trifft man auf eine Sandbucht nach der anderen. Alle traumhaft, dass man sich nicht entscheiden kann wo man weilen soll. Sieben Tagen waren uns dafür zu kurz und werden desshalb demnächt wieder buchen

Bella casa, comoda e spaziosa. Alcune note, senza nulla togliere al giudizio buono complessivo: la stanza al piano superiore è accessibile solo dall’esterno, Il Wi-Fi è lentissimo e praticamente inutilizzabile, a noi mancava la carta igienica.

Apulien pur und mehr

Das Haus ist sehr ansprechend, es fehlt an nichts, liegt in einer Ferienhaussiedlung. Die umfangreichen Sicherungsmaßnahmen sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Meer ist fußläufig zu erreichen, Schwimmen eher schwierig. Zwei nette kleine Bezahlstrände sind da. Viele Restaurants sind nah bei. Die apulischen Städte - Alberobello bis Gallipoli - sind alle gut zu erreichen. Auch liegt die Kulturhauptstadt Matera in der Weite eines Tagesausflugs (einplanen!). Während der Saison gibt es vor Ort einen kleinen Supermarkt, ansonsten empfehlen sich Carovigno bzw Ostuni zum Einkaufen. Fazit: Ein Standort, der viele Erwartungen erfüllt.

Beautiful villa with plenty of room

The house was beautiful however the lady from the agency who showed us (Michela)the villa didn't know exactly how to arm the alarm which resulted in tripping the alarm a couple of times. Luckily the neighbour, Armando, was nice enough to show us and he also noticed something wrong with the satellite the day after we checked in (Sunday) which resulted in a very poor Wi fi connection, we tried getting a hold of Michela from the agency on the Sunday, due to the Wi fi connection and the hydro that kept going off but we could not get a hold of her or anyone else, there should be an emergency number because even though the Wi fi wasn't an emergency but the hydro was. Thankfully we figured out that the main electrical panel was outside the villa with a key access....The Wi fi was finally restored properly on the Thursday, once again thank you to Armando who had the keys and showed the technician into the home to fix the satellite...we also weren't aware of the hydro fee on top of the rental cost (Mr. Buzza was gracious enough to give us a 25 euro credit). Also in the description it said beach chairs etc. were provided. The only thing we found was a beach umbrella. The beach access wasn't the most accessible (very rocky) thankfully it was a 15 min. walk to the sandy beach or a 3 min. drive. Other then those gliches overall we enjoyed the home.

Eine sehr schöne Villa mit guter Ausstattung in der Nähe des Meeres

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Torre Santa Sabina. Der kleine Sandstrand Mezzaluna ist in 5 - 10 Minuten per Fuß zu erreichen. Der Standort ist perfekt um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten relativ einfach zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und Bäcker sind nur 200 Meter entfernt.
