Only 2 minutes from the Michelin starred restaurants of Carovigno and 10 minutes from the ‘white city’ Ostuni, yet with no immediate neighbours, this beautiful house offers total seclusion and serenity. Chic modern, designer, interiors and luxurious furnishings blend perfectly with a traditional Puglian Masseria stone country house structure, suspended hundreds of years in time. With every room opening up onto established, well groomed, gardens and olive groves, and, of course, an enormous, heated, entirely private, 10m x 4m swimming pool, this truly is the Puglia destination property for those for whom only the very best will do.

We stayed at this wonderful property for 7 nights in August and had the most fantastic week. Nestled away in an olive tree, we felt completely at peace there with no noise from any passing roads or neighbours, it was bliss.A very short drive into the town which has a few big supermarkets but more importantly some lovely independent butchers and fruit and veg shops as well as some superb coffee shops for a perfect cappuccino and pastry for breakfast.The pool is a great size and the same depth the full length which is great for the kids to play in.The bedrooms are all generously sized and all have air con which is definitely needed in the summer. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment too.Th dining and living area is also very large and has air con. The 2 outdoor dining areas were lovely to sit around and eat and we loved the roof top seating space where we watched the sunset with a drink and games.Nykola the host was fantastic!! The best communication and so helpful with anything we need. Cannot recommend this place any higher!!

Superb 3 week stay in Puglia

The house was ideal, all appliances were modern and in good working order. The house has really good air conditioning which was an absolute god send in August in Puglia. Ideal house for families with different areas to hang out during the day and follow the sun or shade as needed. A particular recommendation for Nykola the manager who couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly and made our stay the relaxing experience we needed.

Beautiful villa

Our group of 7 had an amazing week at this villa. Nykola was so helpful with any queries we had during our stay. The pool was beautiful and much needed with the heat. The town of Caravigno is wonderful with so many great bars and restaurants. Nice beaches nearby. We hope to be able to visit again in the future. Ps. We had regular visits in the garden from a stray cat and her kittens which was lovely. If you see her she loves sardines

Wonderful week the family

Honestly, after many years of holidays booked online, this was for me the first time in which the real location was truky corresponding to the pictures on the site and this made happy from the first minute in the house! Beautiful villa surrounded by olive trees, in the relaxing countryside, but still strategic as very close by car to all nice attractions of the area: Carovigno and Ostuni ancient and fascinating small towns, Torre Guaceto protected natural reserve, Ostuni and Specchiolla beaches. We have greatly enjoyed the swimming pool, perfect for the little kids, the terrace for an unforgettable aperitif at sunset with the seaview and the multiple table to eat outside. Our stay in this house has been further delighted by Nikola: she is the perfect host! Matthew, the owner, is lucky to have her taking care of everything! That’s why we hope to come bavk sooner or later! The

We had a very lovely holiday in Carovigno. The villa is situated in a good area to explore places like Ostuni, Alberello and Lecce. The local town is very nice and has a lot of options for eating and the local beaches are great for children. You definitely need a car. It's a very long walk into town and there is nowhere to walk to. Nikola the agent was very accommodating in every way and very helpful with recommendations/helping with any questions we had. She was brilliant. The villa was nice and clean and the children enjoyed the pool. It worked well with 2 families of 4. The beds were ok for a week, but get the impression everything was 'ikea' so slightly lacked the luxury feel that we like on holiday. We had a few issues with internet connection and electricity which was a bit frustrating- but we were told that's pretty usual of the area. We also felt like some improvements could be made to make the villa The rooftop was very basic with nothing to make it comfortable and the outdoor area needs a bit of attention. Lots of tiles missing from the pool and the lighting wasn't working, so we couldn't really enjoy the area at night. We also didn't have any umbrellas until part way through the week. That being said, we had a lovely holiday and will have fond memories to look back on. Just another note- Whilst there we there we went to a local winery called l'essenze de Puglia for a wine tasting session. It's about a 6 min drive and was amazing!

Comfortable and relaxing stay

The property was a little differently spaced out than I thought on the outside from photos, but this was ok, modern facilities but dishwasher was a bit aged and the iron could work better. Great location for discovering the area and near lovely town of Caravigno. Nikola was particularly helpful and kind providing us with great restaurant recommendations and other local needs.thank you Nykola

Relaxing Villa

We had a lovely 2 weeks at this villa- we had a few hiccups at the beginning - arrived late (midnight) and it was very warm - when we put the air con on in all the rooms the electric went off. This happened a few times and we’re told the next day this was due to a limit of the amount of electricity you can use

Lovely villa hidden in the olive groves.

We had a fantastic week at the villa, and were delighted with it overall. We did struggle to find the property in the dark though, as there are no signs. It should also be noted that the tap water is not drinkable. The pool was absolutely wonderful! Thank you for the welcome pack - and for a great stay.

A Puglian gem

We enjoyed a week’s stay at this fantastic villa. We often do self catering holidays and so it’s key that a property provides all the essentials for both a comfortable and practical stay. Everything we needed was available and the welcome pack was well thought out and gratefully received. The villa is light and airy with tasteful decor and worked perfectly for my family. Even though the location seems quite rural, a trip into Carovigno was a mere 10min drive. We found parking easily, and a good selection of supermarkets to hand. The town was a charming little place that offered a decent amount of cafés and restaurants. Some of our favourite meals were had here. Got to say though, the jewel in this villa’s crown is the exceptional service provided by Nykola. She was amazing - helpful at every turn and providing guidance throughout our week. She has an insane ability to preempt what you need and then offers the information before you’ve even asked. I think I would return just to meet up with her again overall, we had a wonderful stay in Puglia and would happily stay here again.

Hus med pool nära havet

Vi reste två familjer med tonårsbarn. Fint hus med bra planlösning för att åka två familjer där varje ända av huset har två sovrum och badrum med mellanliggande kök och gemensamma ytor. Stor pool ca 4x10 meter. Bilder väl överensstämde med verkligheten. Smidig bokning och incheckningsprocess. Nykola var mycket lätt och trevlig att ha kontakt med och hjälpte till med tips på bra stränder, restauranger etc. Ca 5-10 minuters bil till närmsta stranden. Huset har ett bra läge med närhet till Carovigno som har mataffärer, restauranger etc. Närhet till motorvägen gör att det är lätt att ta sig till de flesta sevärdheter och många ställen som Alberobello, Bari, Polignano a mare når man inom 1 timma med bil.

Ein wundervoller Ort zum Entspannen

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt! Das Haus ist genauso wie auf den Bildern und top ausgestattet. Der Pool ist beheizt und wir haben ihn Ende Oktober noch wunderbar nutzen können. Es gibt ausreichend Liegen und viele schattige Plätze überall auf dem Grundstück. Die Dachterasse ist das absolute Highlight und bietet sowohl bei Sonnenauf- als auch bei Sonnenuntergang einen unglaublichen Blick bis zum Meer. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist etwas holperig, die letzten 2,5km geht es auf einer relativ schlechten Straße mitten durch die Olivenhaine. Dafür wird man mit einem absolut ruhigen Kleinod belohnt. Im Haus gibt es 4 Schlafzimmer - zwei davon mit einem Bad in der rechten Haushälfte und die anderen beiden jeweils vor und hinter dem Wohnbereich, das Hintere hat ein direkt angeschlossenes Bad. Die Dusche ist in der Decke über der Badewanne eingelassen - das sieht spektakulär aus, ist aber eher unpraktisch. Wir haben einfach alle die Dusche im 2. Bad genutzt, daher war es für uns kein Problem. Was unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht hat war die liebevolle und engagierte Art mit der sich Nykola um uns gekümmert hat. Wir sind schon früh gelandet und konnten schon vormittags ins Haus. Der Kühlschrank war bereits mit vielen tollen Dingen gefüllt so dass wir direkt einen Kaffee und ein paar Snacks genießen konnten. Egal was wir benötigt haben - ob Tips für Ausflüge oder für die beste Pizzeria - Nikola war immer erreichbar.

Beautiful property with an ideal location close to Ostuni. We appreciated all the goodies provided by the host including crackers, cookies, pasta sauce, and wine. Thank you for the selection of spices as well. Only recommendation is to install a shower curtain in the bath in the primary bedroom Grazie!

Quiet paradise

Papaya sunsets over Carovigno

This was exactly what we needed for our 3 generation family vacation in Carovigno. A spacious villa in the midst of an olive grove, with 4 bedrooms, multiple outdoor eating areas, a swimming pool, a rooftop terrace….quite secluded but only a five minute drive from town. The location is perfect for taking day trips to Alberobello, Ostuni, Polignano a Mare….. and the local beach is only a 10 minute drive away. The perfect spot for a family vacation!

We all enjoyed the location of the house and the house itself. It was a great experience.

The property manager, Jerry, was a real great guy, funny and extremely supportive. We felt home from the beginning. The location of the house is a great starting point to discover Puglia. By the way, all of us felt in love with the house and Puglia. Italy at his best!

Die tolle Aufteilung mit der Küche in der Hausmitte und den beiden Schlafzimmern rechts und links daneben jeweils mit einem Bad machen die Villa Seaview zum perfekten Ort für befreundete Familien. Die Terrassen rund um das Haus und den Pool sowie auf dem Hausdach lassen keine Wünsche offen. Der mit Wärmepumpe beheizte Pool wäre mit einer Aufrollvorrichtung für die Abdeckung noch komfortabler. Jerry ist der perfekte Ansprechpartner vor Ort! Wir haben uns Anfang Oktober in Carovigno sehr wohl gefühlt. Die apulischen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.
