    Central convenience and contemporary comforts combine at this three-bedroom Carolina Beach retreat. Enjoy a quiet, family-friendly getaway within easy reach of local dining, groceries, and the beach. Take in water views and cool, coastal breezes on the fully screened porch or fire up the gas grill for a perfect backyard barbecue out on the patio.

    After the day's adventures, kick back on the leather sofa recliner in the living room and stream your favorite shows or movies on the smart TV. A cozy gas fireplace adds a touch of ambiance and warmth for chilly evenings. The kitchen comes well-equipped to handle homemade meals with plenty of counter space and full-size, stainless steel appliances. A dishwasher makes for easy cleanup so you can get back to vacation mode.

    Primary guests will enjoy first-floor bedroom access complete with an en suite bathroom, office desk, TV, and private entry to the porch. Two additional guest rooms on the main floor share access to a full bathroom. A fourth, en suite bedroom can be found upstairs.

Beech Spectactular

Such a beautiful home so close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and the home was perfect for our family to relax. If you have not been to Carolina Beach, NC this is the perfect home to experience the beach of the south.

Beech to Beach all within Reach

Home was spacious and comfortable and back yard was fenced to accommodate our adventurous beagle Sadie. Neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. Easy access to everything. Would definitely book again.

Nice house & location

We enjoyed our stay in Carolina Beach at this location. The day after we arrived we experienced a tropical storm which dropped 20” of rain. It was flooded all around us but never got into the house. The house was quiet, clean, and had amenities to make our stay comfortable. Our pups enjoyed the backyard that was fenced. The neighbors were friendly- and we enjoyed walking our pups around the neighborhood.

Pet friendly with a beautiful fenced in yard (would like if they could fix the hole , we just put a chair up so our dog wouldn't jump the fence) . 20 min walk to the beach or a 5 minute drive. If you have small children there is a playground you can walk to . We loved how spread out the house was . Having the use of a washer and dryer was nice as well . Our favorite place was the screened in porch . Would definitely stay again!

Book through Vacasa, NOT VRBO!

The house is largely as described, and we found it comfortable and well equipped. “Waterfront” is not really accurate, however. There is some sort of a body of water in the back, but at the beach one expects “waterfront” to be on the beach or on the sound, or at least on a navigable canal, and this isn’t. The place was very clean, but the lawn badly needed mowing when we arrived, which was a problem because we planned to play bocce. However, they were very responsive and got it cut during the day while we were away, so that ended well. The grill could use a good cleaning. Go straight to Vacasa to rent and avoid the VRBO service fee.

Great home!

This is a great property to rent. Love that it allows dogs and the fenced in yard is perfect for them. Less than a 4 min drive to the boardwalk and the beach and in a very quiet neighborhood. I will certainly rent this home again.

Beautiful home! My family and I enjoyed our stay. Location is good but was disappointed regarding the “water views” description. We expected it to be near the beach but the view of the man made lake was lovely.

I hate this crap,

But it really is a lovely place to stay. Sleeps 8 easily, before you consider the fabulous reclining sofa. Walking distance to just about everything you want or need.

Awesome house!

This house far exceeded my expectations. It was clean, conveniently located and spacious. It was easy check in and out. If I have a lot of people coming again I will definitely stay here. There was plenty of room for 5 adults 1 kid and two dogs. There was also extra beach stuff that came in handy. Thanks for the great experience.

Vacay Too Short

My family & I stayed 2 nights. Lovely, cozy home located in a great, peaceful location…only 5 mins to beach & attractions. Since it was such a short stay, we didn’t have enough time to actually utilize all the house amenities. As for the cleanliness, I give 3 stars (normal issues). But I will definitely return & plan on staying longer next time. Also, Vacasa made the rental experience simple & seamless. Can’t wait to go back.

The house was nice...but...

House wasn't cleaned when we arrived. We weren't able to access the house until 7:30 pm. They did buy food for us and refunded our cleaning fee. The next morning we were locked out of the house because the dead bolt stopped working. We called and were told how to access the key from the drop box and someone would be by to fix the lock. We waited there until after 2 and finally left. Maintenance guy called at 4:23 pm and said he couldn't come until the next day. I said that was fine because I left with the key. We were there for less than 48 hours and ended up with about 5 hours of daylight that we could actually enjoy time outside. Trip was kind of a fail. Also, feel the ocean breezes is a stretch. House is about a mile from the beach. The house is very clean and nice. It is also in a quiet neighborhood but you can hear the music from live bands.
