Seas the Day is located at the Northern end of Pleasure Island, convenient to the fishing pier and Freeman Park, and leisurely strolls away from the Intercoastal Waterway and Boardwalk. The view is incredible from this 2nd floor family friendly unit, with expansive views of the ocean spanning the side and extra-wide living space sliding doors. Seas the Day has been well maintained with many amenities to make your stay comfortable. The master supplies a king bed and the guest room features a custom queen bunk bed made to ensure comfort of adults and children alike. The updated kitchen is equipped with everything you should need for preparing meals and drinks for your stay. With the oceanfront large patio, you will never tire of the gorgeous views of sand and ocean from this unit, and when you're interested in taking in the scenery on the beach itself, there are beach chairs, an umbrella, and sand toys to use for your enjoyment. We'd love to have you!

Best rental property ever!

Seas the Day was extremely clean and decorated very tastefully. The location to the beach and view could not have been any better. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and condo!

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed and more! The check in process was super easy and there was plenty of parking. The view was breathtaking but there was less beach than in years past due to some crazy coastal weather…but there were plenty of public access areas that were super close by! Oh and the beds were very comfortable! 10/10 would stay again!

Weekend Getaway

My sister and I absolutely loved our stay! The condo was VERY clean, had everything we needed for the weekend and the ocean view is amazing! Beach access is right next to the building, which is nice for running back to the condo if you forget anything (which I always do). Check in was easy and any questions I had for the Owner were quickly answered. Great place to stay.

Very nice views of the ocean

It's a great apartment right at th ocean. Literally right there. You hear the waves and you are very close. The last night we were there, it was a full moon and it was a spectacular scene. Close to many good restaurants.Don't forget to download the app and have it ready for checking. It is the only way to open the door.

Grant is a great host and it is always a blessing when we can spend time with family. The condo was very clean, even to my wife's standards! The kitchen is well stocked and the ocean view/access is the best. Love this place! Thank you so much for sharing this condo with our family!

Super clean property with lots of space. Grant was responsive and helpful when trouble shooting issues. The location is great but be aware of the beach erosion. Be prepared to walk down the beach a bit for setting up chairs due to sand cliffs and rocks.

We really enjoyed our time at the property! Grant was a great communicator with the check in process. We had every thing we needed. Just be aware the walls are thin and we could hear the neighbors and the people above us. We would definitely stay here again. The views were spectacular of the ocean. We loved the easy access to the beach!!

The condo was in an amazing location which we thoroughly enjoyed. Grant, the owner, helped with everything we needed in a very quick timeline. I would definitely recommend staying in Grants property and hope to stay with more family especially my husband. Thank you Grant for everything.

Great beachfront property!

Everything about this property was great! We loved the proximity to the beach. The only thing we wished was there would be a hose and/or shower for when you walk off the beach, there is one at the condo/pool across the street, but would be great to have one right off the beach so that you could wash off and walk straight up to the room. Other than that everything was great. Great room for the family and very clean. Also well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Will definitely consider staying here again and would highly recommend.

What a great way to spend a relaxing fall break! Check in was super easy using our phone numbers. The condo was exactly as described and the view was phenomenal! Our daughter loved getting to sleep on the custom bunk bed. We really enjoyed watching the surfers that came most every morning and afternoon! Highly recommend this place and would definitely come back again!

Nice Remodel and Easy communication

Enjoyed this lovely oceanfront condo. Owner is extremely responsive and easy to work with. We found a clean property with excellent access to the beachfront. We were there just before peak season, so we did not get to enjoy the pool. You will also need to bring your own beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. We did not find any available on property. Easy to recommend.

Make your bed

There’s were two issues we had-we had to make our own beds upon arrival. After traveling all day and arriving late, making beds before going to sleep was a downer. Especially given the amount that goes to cleaning services. 2nd was the invitation for the door lock only went to one of 3 phones. So we had to make sure that phone was always with you when leaving. I did not let the owner know so this is not a reflection on him. The condo is cute and clean!

Owner was very responsive

Overall this condo is very nice. The owner is very responsive and receptive. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and updated with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The pools are not located at this particular building but are a short walk across the street. Parking can also be a bit tricky as there are not a ton of spaces under the building. However, there are other lots across the street. Also, there is no outdoor shower/foot wash - this is also across the street near the pool. This made it a bit inconvenient when coming off the beach with kids. Carolina Beach offers some tasty restaurants but most require you to pay for parking. Overall we had a great time! Thank you Grant for everything.

Excellent!

Family of five made our first trip from MA to NC and had no idea what to expect. Grant (Host) was great, responsive and easy to communicate with! Property was spacious, clean, and very well stocked with supplies. Electronic key made entry / exit simple with a quick download of a free app on everyone's phones and prevented having to keep track of keys! Deck provided amazing views of beach and ocean. One well thought out feature was comfortable high style chair / table combos which allowed views over the deck railing rather than looking through it! Kitchen had everything you need and then some! Clean linens were provided, including bath and beach towels. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space to relax inside or out. Four beach chairs and an umbrella were provided or options for affordable chair / umbrella rental with free set-up were available on the beach daily. Beach toys were available for younger children. The beach was amazing with incredibly warm water, huge waves and no rocks or sea weed. Plenty of space to set up even when the tide was high. Parking was underneath the building, our full sized Chevy Suburban fit with no problems (maybe just let your passengers out to prevent doors from getting dinged on wooden supports). Restaurants, shops, and amusement park / rides approximately a mile away with plenty of parking available. Grocery stores, CVS, Walgreens all nearby. Great property! Great Beach! Great location! We definitely will book again! Thanks!
