"Spacious 3 bedroom 1st floor oceanfront condo. 1 flight of steps. HUGE oceanfront deck.
King in Master, Queen in 2nd bedroom, Twins in 3rd bedroom & a Queen sofa sleeper in
living area. TVs in all bedrooms. Free Wifi. All Linen included with rental. Pool. 1 mile from Boardwalk.

Entire complex is non-smoking. Per the HOA!! No Pets!
Complex allows 1 car per condo during peak season. Additional parking at Rental Office, for a minimal fee; please call for details...910-458-4028.

Great place to relax for the whole family!

The property was just as it was described on the website. It was well equipped and very homey. We were right on the ocean with beautiful views and easy access to the beach and water. The price was reasonable for the size and location of the unit. We were very pleased!

Beauty

It was so wonderful. Beautiful sunset every morning. Close to everything. Great beach. Very fun waves right outside. The deck was an awesome spot to scope the two breaks north and south while having coffee.

Recent Sands vacation.

Great vacation at a very nice condo. The location is excellent and a definite plus being beside the walkway to the beach. The deck facing the ocean is very large and so comfortable. The only thing missing was some type of hammock or lounge chair. One issue is the lack of parking. Having only 1 parking space for a 3 bedroom condo doesn't work.

Gals Getaway

Terrific ocean view. Covered deck with table and chairs and room to spread out. Walk back and forth to beach for bathroom, snacks, drinks etc. Quiet housing. A/C and hot water wonderful. Pool relaxing. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Couches for more than 4 people staying. Ice maker kept up with our group of six. Everyone in our group had the best time and were so pleased with how easy Bullard Realty made our vacation!

60th birthday party

Overall good but the property really needs some updates and repairs. When we arrived the hall bathroom toilet leaked all over the floor. We called Debbie and she sent the maintenance man right away. He was able to fix it after a quick trip for parts. Really great work. We found the toaster does not work and the coffee maker is so clogged with calcium that it takes 45 min for coffee. Both the door locks are extreamly hard to work and get the key back out of. The porch door to the stairs sticks very bad on the floor. WE enjoyed our stay and the place but it does need some updates and TLC.
